Turn Your Best into Buzz

This year at the Sydney Royal Easter Show, we’re looking for show-stopping, buzz-worthy food and drinks creations that get people tasting, talking and posting. We’re on a mission to help turn the Show into the most famous food and beverage event in the world - and we need your help!

It’s why we’ve created The Winning Bite, a brand-new competition showcasing the most unique and inventive creations from at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. It’s going to be fronted by none other than Vincent Lim (@dimsimlim), a popular Aussie chef who knows a thing or two about generating buzz.

So, if you’re a vendor who knows how to woo crowds with your creativity, this is your opportunity to steal the limelight at this year’s show and capture attention far beyond the Showground.

Joining Vincent will be a panel of respected experts, handpicked for their experience and knowledge of Australia’s food and beverage scene. Together, they’ll be on the hunt for creations that turn heads as well as tickle tongues.

Up to 10 Winning Bites will be selected and featured, all before a People’s Choice prize is awarded. Each Winning Bite vendor will also receive a host of perks to help turn their unique creation into a can’t miss attraction, including media support, dedicated on-site signage, influencer visits, and so much more.

Finalists will be required to present their creation in person to the judges at Sydney Showground on February 24. Winners must be able to attend and serve their food or drink at the official media and influencer launch on March 18.

Sound good? Head on over, submit your entry and take centre stage at this year’s Sydney Royal Easter Show.
